We take pride in carefully packing each item to ensure a safe delivery. However, in rare cases where something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

1. Return Conditions

We accept returns only in the following cases:

Item is broken or damaged

Items are missing

You received the wrong product


All return claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with a complete unboxing video.

3. What Happens After Approval

Once your claim is verified:

We will replace the specific damaged or missing item (e.g., 1 plate from a dinner set)

No extra charges will be applied

You will not need to return the full product unless requested

4. No Refund Without Reason

We do not offer refunds unless a valid issue is proven with evidence.
Change of mind or dislike after delivery is not eligible for return or refund.

5. Responsibility

More & More Crockery will not be responsible for:

Damage caused after delivery

Issues reported without an unboxing video

Claims made after 24 hours of receiving the parcel
