1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer delivery across major and mid-sized cities throughout Pakistan.

For remote or less accessible areas, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability.

International Shipping: We also deliver worldwide. For international orders, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at +92 321-2102525 to receive a delivery quote and further assistance.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

We work with trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, and other local services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.

Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 10,000 within selected areas of Pakistan.

5. Delivery Time

Major cities: 2–4 business days

Remote locations: 5–7 business days

International orders: Varies by country (quoted on WhatsApp)

Once dispatched, your tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or email.

6. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link for real-time updates.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact our support within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

You must provide a complete unboxing video (from sealed package to item inspection). This is essential for any claims.


⚠️ Important:
Before opening the box, match the barcode number on the delivery slip with the box barcode to ensure the correct parcel.

8. Order Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement.

After this period, changes may not be possible due to fulfillment already in process.
